Freshpaint - Special Online Edition 2020!
Freshpaint art & design fair, Tel Aviv, is the largest and most influential annual art event in Israel, attracting over 30,000 visitors every year.
This October we launched our Special Online Edition 2020 – an extensive e-commerce platform offering for sale some of the best Israeli independent art and design.
The Special Online Edition showcased Freshpaint’s community projects, led by the Independent Artists Greenhouse: the artists selected to participate in Freshpaint art & design fair 2020 were exposed and their works will were offered for sale. This year also featured a Design Greenhouse – a new format featuring young and promising Israeli designers.
Alongside the greenhouses, the Special Edition showcased Freshpaint’s two established community projects: The Secret Postcard project in collaboration with the Arison Campus of the Arts, Tel-Aviv, and the JDC Israel / Bezalel Visual Communication Department project - Don’t DIS my ABILITY!
Following the shift to a digital format, the Special Edition included new media and screen-based works, as well as dedicated content, such as tips on how to bring art and design into the home space, and a guide for beginner collectors.
All of Freshpaint’s participants were showcased within a new, original and expansive digital platform. The platform allowed free and unlimited view of the Special Edition content and enabled online purchase of every featured artwork or product. The Freshpaint team offered consultation on purchasing items as well as a complete customer service – online and offline.
