Liav Mizrahi

The vase recurs throughout the history of art both as an image and as a support for painting. My vase drawings constitute a new reading of a private and human history, bringing together cultures and identities. The exhibition, which simulates an ancient macabre catacomb, offers another association embodied in the vases – the association between life and death.
