HUMANÆ is a work in progress that aspires to capture all human skin tones. It is an investigation of identity, culture, and color, which asks us to look beyond a simplistic color division and see the beauty in human diversity. Dass began the project in 2012 by photographing family members, and since then she has captured more than 3500 volunteers worldwide, matching their skin with a Pantone hue and creating a human mosaic.
