Yochi Shrem’s Human Tapestry is a site-specific installation that replicates the various shapes of human DNA through dozens of handmade crochetings. The inside of the body that exists beneath the shell, the veins and innards, is given a colorful and aesthetic appearance, which is spread as a tablecloth on aluminum elements that look like outlines of body parts.
